Dry Lab
About our Organization
Our iGEM club is a multidisciplinary team focused on tackling global challenges through synthetic biology. While biotechnology is at our core, we thrive on diverse perspectives and skill sets. Whether you have a background in STEM, business, policy, design, or communications—or none at all—there’s a place for you here. From groundbreaking lab research to software modeling, financial strategy, public engagement, and digital storytelling, every role is crucial to our success. No prior experience is needed—just curiosity, creativity, and a drive to innovate.

Dry-lab
The Dry Lab team focuses on the mechanical and engineering aspects of our project. They design, build, and test hardware systems that support Wet Lab experiments and improve the efficiency of biological workflows.
- Design and build hardware solutions, such as bioreactors, robotics, and injector mechanisms.
- Develop physical prototypes to test new methodologies and improve experimental accuracy.
- Work alongside the Wet Lab and Digital teams to ensure hardware and software integration.
By creating innovative engineering solutions, the Dry Lab team enhances our ability to conduct experiments efficiently and bring our synthetic biology project to life.
