Digital

The Digital & Design team focuses on computational modeling, software development, and bioinformatics to support the biological and engineering aspects of the project. They create simulations and digital tools that help predict and analyze synthetic biology outcomes.

• Develop computational models and simulations to predict biological behaviors and optimize lab experiments.
• Write software and scripts for bioinformatics, automation, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with the Dry Lab and Wet Lab teams to integrate digital solutions into hardware and lab workflows.

Through their work, the Digital & Design team ensures that our research is guided by precise, data-driven insights, improving efficiency and accuracy in synthetic biology.
